Cosmetic Dentistry Associates in Pomona, NY, is seeking a highly skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our established multi-specialty practice full-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 4-6 years of clinical experience and a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry.

• 50% PPO and 50% FFS
• Digital x-rays, iTero, Cone beam
• Active patients: 1,500
• Current Drs.: 1 full-time, 2 part-time
• Dr. chairs: 3 Hygiene chairs: 2
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday, full-time

Compensation for Full-Time Providers

• Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
• Generous CE allowance

Qualifications and Skills

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in New York, in good standing
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general & cosmetic dentistry including, but not limited to, fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures, with a cosmetic focus
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care
• Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care
