Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles through precise diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and compassionate patient interactions. Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations, medical history reviews, and oral health evaluations using advanced diagnostic tools such as medical imaging.
  • Deliver high-quality general dentistry services including fillings, crowns, bridges, prosthodontics, root canal therapy, dental extractions, and other restorative procedures. Dental Implants and Invisalign skill are a plus but not required.
  • Conduct pediatric dentistry treatments tailored to young patients with patience and care, ensuring a positive experience for children.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment during all procedures.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office standards.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Manage records diligently while ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry by participating in ongoing training related to Epic electronic health record systems, Eaglesoft, Dentrix practice management software, and other relevant technologies.
  • Adhere strictly to infection control standards and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure patient safety.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
