Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our team as an Associate Doctor. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the clinic independently, providing comprehensive dental care, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in alignment with the clinic’s standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Diagnose, plan, and perform general dental treatments including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide patient education and build long-term patient relationships.
• Collaborate with management to maintain high clinical and service standards.

Requirements:

• BDS/MDS from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental license/registration.
• Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience (independent practice preferred).
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle the clinic autonomously with professionalism and care.
