Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Dentist to lead our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of professional experience and the ability to manage the clinic independently. This role involves providing comprehensive dental care, overseeing clinic operations, and ensuring high standards of patient care.

Roles & Responsibilties:
Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay.
Perform routine check-ups, cleanings, and preventative care.
Conduct complex dental procedures such as root canals, extractions, and restorative surgeries.
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage and supervise dental staff, including dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative personnel.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Handle patient appointments, follow-ups, and emergency cases.

Qualifications:
BDS or MDS degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license.
Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in a dental practice.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a wide range of dental procedures.
Proficiency in dental software and office management tools.
