Duties

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including well excuted treatment plans.
• Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as preventive care, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy(molar), bridges, implants and oral surgery procedures.
• Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to diagnose conditions accurately and plan effective treatment strategies. The office has an in office lab.
• Maintain precise medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to deliver seamless patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency.
• Stay current with industry advances by participating in continuing education opportunities related to general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards including HIPAA and medical documentation requirements.
• Support the dental team in managing patient flow efficiently while providing compassionate care tailored to pediatric and adult patients alike.

Requirements

• Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as a General Dentist.
• Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental terminology and clinical procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures, Implants and oral surgery confidently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses and treatment options using understandable language.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards for medical records management.
• Exceptional attention to detail in documentation of medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes. Daily draw $550-$1000 against percent of production(based on experience)
