We have been living all the above for the past year on the west coast of Florida. We are a private growing FFS/ PPO Practice looking for an associate to be able to make dentistry a fulfilling career at our practice. We are looking for a high-quality dentist to start at our practice soon. We are looking for someone to partner up with many years to come, so if you are considering something short term then this is not the right fit. We really want you to be successful.

BOTTOM LINE- I know how to do this stuff and I can teach you, too!

We offer great potential, an uplifting work environment, and a team that feels like family. We are looking for a dentist with a minimum 1-2 year experience. There is someschedule flexibility with this position. You won't be working more than 3-4 days maximum.

Dentist Compensation and Benefits include:

- 30% of collection, competitive base daily. Unlimited earning potential

The ideal candidate will:

- Be comfortable with molar endo (required)

- Be comfortable with extractions (required)

-Be comfortable with crown and bridge (required)

- Be able to sell the value of dental treatment to patients (required)

- Have atleast 1 year of dental office experience outside of dental school (required)
