General Dentist

Schedule: M,T, TH, F 7:30AM-4:30PM

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Lead diagnosis and patient treatment, delivering optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
• Collaborative Partnership: Work with Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize practice operations.
• Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients look forward to dental visits.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university; active state license in good standing.
• 1-2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred (select positions open to new grads).
• Passionate commitment to patient care and ethical standards.
• Strong interest in further training, coaching, and collaboration.
• Motivated by financial success and practice growth.

Pay: $208,000.00 - $234,000.00 per year
