Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Lead diagnosis and patient treatment, delivering optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work with Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize practice operations.
- Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients look forward to dental visits.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university; active state license in good standing.
- 1-2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred (select positions open to new grads).
- Passionate commitment to patient care and ethical standards.
- Strong interest in further training, coaching, and collaboration.
- Motivated by financial success and practice growth.

Pay: $208,000.00 - $234,000.00 per year
