Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of dental issues. This role requires a strong understanding of general dentistry practices, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and oral surgeries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Utilize dental software systems such as Epic for patient management and record keeping.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental fabrication techniques.
- Experience in pediatrics is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in general dentistry practices with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $242,585.00 - $268,125.00 per year
