General Dentist

We are looking for an experienced general dentist with a great personality to join our well-established PPO/FFS dental practice in Bethlehem, PA.

Schedule:

• Mon, Tue, Thu
• Full-time may also become available

Compensation and Benefits:

• Daily minimum from $700-850/day for the first 2-3 months or Percentage of collections
• 401k
• Malpractice reimbursement

Practice Overview:

• PPO/FFS practice. No Medicaid.
• Consistent schedule with steady stream of existing and new patients.
• Modern general dentistry practice equipped with CBCT, iTero, IO scanners with Fully Digital Practice.
• Excellent clinical support by Dental Assistant and Hygienist.
• Mentorship available for implant placement, treatment planning review and leadership
• 401k, Malpractice Reimbursement, CE Reimbursement, PTO
• Partnership or buy-in track available

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including extractions, restorations, and prosthodontics.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants to enhance office efficiency and patient experience.

Qualifications Required:

• DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Current dental license for Pennsylvania
