GENERAL DENTIST – FULL-TIME – + YEARS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

A well-established, high-volume PPO dental practice in Englewood, Florida is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its growing clinical team. The practice has proudly served the community for over 25 years and is currently undergoing a major expansion, increasing from 11 to 15 operatories with a fully renovated space set to open in October.
Schedule:
- Full-Time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 days per week)
- No weekends required.
Practice Overview:
- High-volume PPO practice.
- Over 130 new patients per month.
- Existing patient base with approximately 65% age 60+.
- Growing younger demographic due to consistent new patient flow.
- Team includes 3 general dentists and a part-time endodontist (2 days/week).
- Digital workflow: Eaglesoft PMS and 3 Trios scanners.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental program.
- Active Florida dental license in good standing.
- 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred (especially in a group or DSO setting).
- Proficient in general dentistry including simple and surgical extractions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong commitment to patient care and collaborative teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 90-day daily guarantee.
- Tiered percentage of net collections: starting at 32%, increasing up to 34%.
- Lab fees covered when using preferred vendors; 100% responsibility with non-preferred vendors.
- $2,000 annual CE allowance.
- Monthly paid Spear Education subscription.
- Relocation assistance available.
