Prime Dentistry is a high-tech, private PPO & Fee-For-Service dental practice proudly serving Northeast Philadelphia for over 40 years. We are not corporate, do not take Medicaid, and offer a modern, patient-focused clinical environment.

Our office uses advanced digital technology, including:

• Medit i700 3D intraoral scanning
• 3D printing for surgical guides, nightguards, crowns, and models
• CBCT and full digital imaging
• Digital charting and streamlined workflows

Because of our strong reputation, we consistently see 60+ new patients per month, ensuring a steady, high-quality patient flow.

We are seeking a motivated dentist who wants long-term growth in a supportive private practice.

Spanish-speaking dentist preferred due to our large Spanish-speaking patient population.

Position: General Dentist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Delivers quality, patient-centered care

• Is comfortable or excited to work in a tech-forward office
• Speaks Spanish or is willing to learn (preferred but not required)
• Is reliable, professional, and growth-oriented

• Medit i700 scanner

• Digital radiography
• Fully digital workflow (chartless)
• Photography + cosmetic systems

We support growth in implants, cosmetics, aligners, and more

Procedures You Can Do (Based on Comfort Level)

You choose what you want to perform:

• Restorative
• Crowns & bridges
• Extractions
• Endo (optional)
• Implants (optional – mentorship available)
• Clear aligners
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Emergencies

No pressure. Refer out anything you’re not comfortable with.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Flexible hours
• PPO/FFS only
• No Medicaid
• No corporate quotas

Pay: $108,616.00 - $330,812.00 per year
