WHAT WE OFFER:

Predictable, established patient flow across one or multiple practices

Competitive compensation: [Daily guarantee of $700 for 6 months] and/or [27–32% of collections]

CE & growth: structured clinical mentorship, paid CE, and clear paths to lead dentist and partner dentist

Admin support: centralized marketing, HR, billing, and IT so you can focus on dentistry

Can Start as part time and expand to full time role at one office or potentially multiple

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, and emergency care

Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient, patient‑centered visits

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Adhere to clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and DSO-wide best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

DDS/DMD from an accredited program

Active Texas license (or eligibility) plus NPI/DEA and BLS/CPR

All experience levels welcome; mentorship available for newer grads

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Willingness to work within a multi-location, systems-driven organization
