Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, educating patients on oral health, and performing a range of dental procedures in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
  • Perform various dental procedures including root canal therapy, dental extractions, oral surgery, and endodontics.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental terminology and medical terminology in compliance with practice standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients, especially children, by utilizing skills in pediatrics when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures related to endodontics, oral surgery, and other specialties.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to patients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership skills when required.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per day
