General Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on both general and specialized dentistry. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize dental software such as Dentrix and Epic for patient management and record keeping.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient operations within the practice.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Experience

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Experience in general dentistry is required; additional experience in pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, or oral surgery is a plus.
• Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix and Epic is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical records management and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,300.00 per day
