General Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various procedures, and educating patients on oral health practices. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
• Carry out dental extractions and fabricate dental appliances as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate best practices into patient care.

Skills

• Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of various dental procedures.
• Experience in endodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and general dentistry is highly desirable.
• Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Competence in performing dental extractions and fabricating dental devices.
• Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques for enhanced efficiency during procedures.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
