Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver a wide range of dental services such as dental cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
• Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging equipment to diagnose issues accurately and plan effective treatments.
• Maintain precise medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient comfort and treatment efficiency.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed using aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment for staff and patients.

Skills

• Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and record-keeping.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dental procedures.
• Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialized treatments.
• Ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver compassionate patient care tailored to individual requirements.
• Excellent understanding of infection control standards and sterilization procedures within a dental clinic setting.
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques used in dentistry for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles for treating young patients effectively and comfortably.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
