Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution. Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Utilize dental terminology accurately for documentation and communication with patients and team members.
- Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed using aseptic techniques.
- Use dental fabrication techniques for crowns, bridges, and other restorations as needed.
- Operate dental equipment efficiently, including digital imaging systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix software.
- Provide patient education on oral health maintenance and treatment options.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care within a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Experience with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and infection control procedures.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medical documentation standards.
- Ability to perform dental procedures including extractions and root canal therapy with precision.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations including pediatrics.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and medical imaging techniques.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
