Compensation

  • Collections-based compensation model.
  • Guaranteed daily minimum of $1,600 while establishing your patient base.
  • No lab fees and no earning cap.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree.
  • Active state dental license and malpractice coverage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and collaborate effectively.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
  • Compliance with all state, federal, and local healthcare regulations.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

This clinical role may involve exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending for up to 8 hours. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and safely use dental tools and equipment.
