Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active state license and malpractice insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to delegate and manage workflow effectively
• Ability to manage priorities and performance expectations
• Commitment to patient education and exceptional care
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal dental regulations

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

• Clinical setting with potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending (up to 8 hours/day)
• Ability to carry, transport, and use dental tools and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
