Compensation

• Collections-based compensation model.
• Guaranteed daily minimum while establishing your patient base.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active state dental license and malpractice insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage competing commitments.
• Ability to delegate effectively and collaborate across all levels.

• Willingness to comply with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

This clinical role may involve exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending for up to 8 hours. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and safely operate dental tools and equipment.
