Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time General Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, a strong commitment to patient care, and excellent clinical skills. This position offers a full-time schedule in a state-of-the-art facility, working alongside a supportive team that includes in-house specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose various dental conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide a full spectrum of general dental services, including restorative, preventive, cosmetic, and emergency care.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals for coordinated patient care.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $750 per day or % of collections - whichever is higher
