A well-established, thriving dental practice in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join their team following a recent provider transition. This modern practice has proudly served the community for over 8 years and is known for its commitment to clinical excellence and long-term patient relationships.

Practice Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM → excellent work-life balance
• Collaborative team: 1 dentist, 2 dental assistants, 2 hygienists + strong front office support
• 7 operatories equipped with advanced tech, including iTero and CEREC
• ~460 active patients/month with 27 new patients joining monthly
• Strong payor mix: primarily insurance, some FFS
• 95–97% collection rate
• No lab fees with partner-approved labs

Compensation & Benefits

• 30–35% of collections (based on experience)
• Daily guarantee for the first 3 months
