Duties

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgeries.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to evaluate patients' dental conditions accurately.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice policies.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency.
• Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed for patient treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best care possible.

Skills

• Proficiency in general dentistry practices with a strong foundation in anatomy knowledge.
• Familiarity with medical records management systems such as Open Dental is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnostics.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
