Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our busy dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution. Experience with multi-disciplinary practices as well as endodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry procedures. The successful candidate will be committed to maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Duties

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse population
• Train and coach Dental Assistants for constant improvement and growth in their knowledge of dental procedures.
• Follow all OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively within a team practicing four-handed dentistry to optimize patient care efficiency.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as a General Dentist.
• Commitment to optimal care and a team player attitude
• Demonstrated experience in general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
• Willingness to lead and mentor the clinical team as you provide care to your patients.
• Maintain clinical standards as demonstrated by working owner dentists.
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team practicing four-handed dentistry for optimal workflow.
• Commitment to ongoing improvement and growth to create a successful, cohesive dental team and office.

Pay: $161,584.88 - $300,000.00 per year
