Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions and same day crowns.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences while explaining procedures clearly.
  • Utilize digital tools such for medical documentation and patient records management in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
  • Apply advanced dental techniques such as four-handed dentistry for efficiency and comfort.
  • Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
  • Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Stay updated with current dental practices, technology advancements, and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as a General Dentist.
  • Proven experience in dental office or clinic settings; familiarity with dental office management software. Denticon experience a plus!
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
  • Proficiency in performing procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment options clearly.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation procedures to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
