Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and fostering a positive patient experience. Duties

  • Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver a wide range of dental services such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care.
  • Utilize dental imaging technology and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure infection control and accurate diagnosis.
  • Execute oral surgeries and other complex procedures while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and staff in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient care efficiency.
  • Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options using clear, compassionate communication.
  • Maintain detailed medical records using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Valid state dental license with current certification to practice dentistry.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry, including pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental fabrication.
  • Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively.
  • Experience working in a busy dental office or clinic environment is preferred.
