Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a General Dentist located in Milwaukee, WI. The General Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, including diagnosing oral health concerns, performing preventative and restorative procedures, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on oral health maintenance, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures, including diagnostic techniques.
  • Strong patient communication, education, and interpersonal skills for providing compassionate care and building rapport.
  • Expertise in hygiene oversight and a commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical safety and protocol adherence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and a patient-centered environment.
  • Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
  • Possession of an active State Dental License for Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Knowledge of dental technologies and a strong commitment to continued professional education.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making abilities in a clinical setting.
