Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient examinations, including assessments of dental health, oral anatomy, and medical history documentation.
- Provide a wide range of dental treatments such as dental cleanings, restorations, root canal therapy, extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
- Utilize dental imaging techniques and maintain accurate medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
- Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, explaining procedures using clear dental terminology and medical terminology as needed.
- Conduct patient education on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Operate dental equipment efficiently, including digital radiography systems like Eaglesoft software for record management and treatment planning.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care by demonstrating excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to all patients, including pediatrics when applicable.
Experience
- Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with familiarity in general dentistry procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft.
- Knowledge of General dentistry practices and experience providing care for patients of all ages.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge related to oral structures, and infection control standards.
- Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics procedures, and oral surgery is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently to optimize patient comfort and clinical workflow.

Pay: $165,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
