Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and enhancing smiles with confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for, while you utilize your clinical skills to perform a wide range of dental procedures. $1000 per day plus 35% commission

Duties

  • Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics to restore and maintain oral health.
  • Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical and dental histories, performing oral examinations, and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other oral surgeries with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
  • Utilize dental imaging technology such as X-rays to diagnose conditions accurately and plan appropriate treatments.
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term oral health.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Follow infection control protocols rigorously to uphold the highest standards of safety within the dental clinic environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as a General Dentist with current DEA registration if applicable.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry, with proficiency in procedures such as dental extractions, endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software including Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment plans clearly.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced dental office or clinic environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
