Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Arabic-speaking Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will bring an EXISTING PATIENT BASE and a commitment to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming and professional environment.

COMMISION BASED

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive education.
• Perform a full range of dental procedures such as examinations, cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, extractions, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new patients.
• Ensure all dental treatments and procedures adhere to clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic dental software.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on new dental techniques, materials, and technologies.
• Communicate effectively with patients in Arabic and English to explain diagnoses, procedures, and treatment options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS/DMD or equivalent).
• Minimum of [2–5] years of clinical experience.
• Proven patient base preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural team environment.
• Gentle and compassionate approach to patient care.
