General Dentist

We’re looking for a General Dentist to join our modern, patient-focused clinic.

Role Description:

• Perform comprehensive dental procedures including but not limited to: restorations, extractions, root canal treatments, scaling and polishing, crown and bridge work, dentures, and teeth whitening.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create customized treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.
• Conduct patient examinations and educate them about oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Communicate treatment plans effectively, addressing patient concerns and answering queries.
• Provide post-procedure instructions to patients to ensure successful recovery and treatment outcomes.
• Work closely with the clinic staff, including hygienists and assistants, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to address patient needs and improve clinic operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinic protocols and practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes etc.
• Assist in the management of dental supplies and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and local dental regulations.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
• Proactively follow up with patients to monitor progress and encourage continued care.
• Address patient feedback and work to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS). A valid dental license to practice.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Dentist in a clinical setting.
