Ideal Smiles of Stamford is seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to join our modern, rapidly growing, and highly reputable dental practice located in the heart of downtown Stamford. PRACTICE TECHNOLOGY
Our office is fully modernized and equipped with:

• CBCT imaging
• iTero Lumina digital scanner (digital impressions)
• Paperless charting and full digital workflows
• Updated operatories and efficient systems

POSITION DETAILS

• Full-time role
• 4 to 5 days per week, including Saturdays
• Long-term opportunity with growth potential

• Fee-for-service and PPO only (no Medicaid)

• Clinical autonomy with collaborative support when needed

CLINICAL EXPECTATIONS
The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Root canal therapy
• Extractions

• Ability to work independently in a modern, fast-paced practice

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• DMD or DDS degree
• Current Connecticut Dental License
• Active malpractice insurance
• Minimum two years of clinical experience
• Completion of a one-year residency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Spanish-speaking ability is helpful but not required
