Compensation & Bonus Structure

• $150,000 guaranteed salary
• Commission structure with earning potential of $200k-$400k+
• $5,000 CE stipend to grow your expertise

• FFS & PPO only (no Medicaid/HMO)

• $5,000 annual CE allowance

Who We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD required
• All experience levels welcome — from new graduates to seasoned dentists
• Growth-minded clinicians eager to learn advanced procedures and develop leadership skills

Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
