Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed to practice in Illinois (DMD or DDS)
• Valid state dental license
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance in a dental setting
• Experience working in a dental office environment preferred
• Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
• Passionate about delivering comprehensive, gentle dental care
• Committed to continuing education and professional growth

Duties:

• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crown and bridge work
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages based on their oral health needs
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive measures to maintain excellent oral health
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive dental care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best possible care
