General Dentist Associate (PT)

Dr. Harvey Levy & Associates is seeking a part-time general dentist associate who can expand our offerings to endo, implant services, and perio. Established in 1980, we are a privately owned general dentistry practice in Frederick, Maryland.

• A modern, fully digital practice (CBCT, digital scanners, and more);
• A supportive and experienced team including 3 front desk coordinators, 7 dental assistants, 5 hygienists, 1 owner doctor, 2 associate doctors, and in-house management;

Details:

• Guaranteed daily rate for the first 5 months
• Transition to commission: 33–35% of net collections (commensurate with experience)
• Schedule: 1–3 days/week
• Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
• In Network with: United Concordia and Cigna
• Diversified pay base including high quality PPO, self-pay and in-house membership patients

• Implant placement, root canal and Invisalign experience is a plus

Required: Valid or in-progress Maryland dental license
