General Dentist (DDS/DMD Required) – $1,000/day + $350k+ Potential

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Dentist (DDS/DMD required) to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions, including general dentistry procedures such as fillings, crowns, and cleanings
• Perform complex dental procedures including root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and communicate options clearly to patients
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice protocols
• Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning
• Ensure infection control standards are strictly followed using aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures
• Collaborate with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize patient comfort and procedural efficiency
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

• Valid DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution; active licensure required
• Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental terminology and medical documentation
• Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix
• Experience performing pediatric dentistry, endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, infection control protocols, and HIPAA compliance
• Ability to perform dental extractions safely and efficiently while maintaining aseptic technique
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and general health conditions affecting oral health
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced dental office or clinic environment preferred
