Endres Dental Care is a family-owned, non-corporate practice in Burtonsville, Maryland. We’ve grown quickly over the last few years and just completed an expansion adding three new operatories. Our reputation in the community is built on:

We’re looking for a strong, well-rounded general dentist to help us care for our growing patient base and support continued expansion.

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

• 3-10 years out of dental school (or with equivalent experience)
• Comfortable and confident with everyday bread-and-butter dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, simple endo, extractions, etc.)
• Clinically and diagnostically above average – you see the whole picture, not just teeth in isolation
• Excellent with patient communication and case presentation – you can explain treatment clearly, build trust, and help patients say “yes” to the care they genuinely need
• Professional but relaxed – you fit in with a friendly, no-drama team
• Growth-oriented – you want to keep leveling up your clinical skills, efficiency, and income in a supportive, data-driven practice

What the Role Looks Like

• Schedule:
• 2–4 days/week
• We’re flexible on which days and can discuss evenings/weekends if you prefer
• Clinical Scope:
• Comprehensive exams, restorative, crown & bridge, removable, simple to moderate endo, extractions
• Opportunity to expand into implants, molar endo, and more depending on your skill set and interests
• Support:
• Well-trained, patient-focused team
• Systems-oriented practice with strong front-office and hygiene support
• Collaborative environment – you’ll work directly with Dr. Eric Endres and a multi-doctor team
