Soft Dental is a high-tech, growth-minded private practice located just an hour north of the Twin Cities. For over 20 years, we’ve built a reputation for innovation, integrity, and exceptional patient care. Our 6,000 sq ft facility houses 12 fully equipped operatories and the latest dental technology. Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 33% of collections, with 0.5% annual increases (up to a cap of 35%)
• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months or commission (whichever is greater)
• Retention Bonus: $20,000 total — $10,000 after year one, $10,000 after year two
• 401(k): 3% match after 90 days
• Malpractice: 50% of annual liability insurance premium covered
• Health Insurance: Available at 34+ hours/week
• Sick Time: Paid in compliance with MN law
• CE Allowance: $1,500 annually

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Respectful and compassionate with patients and team members
• Committed to continual learning and clinical excellence
• A team player with strong ethics and accountability
• Licensed in Minnesota (or able to obtain MN license)
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience or post-grad training (GPR/AEGD), but open to new grads with a strong clinical foundation

Schedule

Full-Time | 4 Days/Week

• Monday – Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends required

You’ll have access to the latest tools and training to practice at the top of your license. We focus on comprehensive care, efficiency, and clinical precision.

Core Procedures Include:

• General and restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Surgical extractions, bone graft, sinus lift, guided implant placement and restoration
• Endodontics
• Cosmetic and preventive dentistry
• Elective gum surgery
• Removable prosthodontics
• Full-scope family care (excluding orthodontics)

• 12 A-dec equipped operatories
• 3D Cone Beam & Trios 5 cordless scanner
• 3D printer with full digital workflow
• Airflow hygiene technology
• Soft and hard tissue lasers
• Fully guided implantology system
• Piezo surgical unit
• Electric high and low-speed handpieces in every op
• Digital workflow from diagnosis to delivery
