General Dentist for Mondays and Fridays (Busy Practice)

Flawless Dental Group, PC is searching for a great Associate Dentist to join our incredible and hardworking team! Enjoy a stress free work environment performing bread and butter dentistry with an EFDA by your side and a great support system.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD Degree is Required
• Current License to Practice Dentistry in PA
• Valid Malpractice Insurance
• Valid DEA License
• Ability to treat several patients simultaneously (High Volume Practice)
• Experience working efficiently with an EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant)
• Experience providing services to a Medicaid / State Sponsored Patient Base
• Minimum 2 years of Work History as a General Dentist (This position is not for New Grads or D4 Students)

Compensation:

GUARANTEE BASE + Collections!! Our Compensation structure is based on a percentage of the doctors collections. Typically our Associate Dentists can take home anywhere from $900 - $1,600 per day depending on their production. A base rate will be provided. Compensation details can be further discussed in an interview. The base rate will always remain a Guarantee!!!!
