Transform lives. Expand your skillset. Grow with Fusion.
Fusion Dental Implant Centers is expanding and seeking a skilled, motivated General Dentist / Implantologist to join our Sacramento team. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive general dentistry while playing a key role in dental implant care—including progressive exposure to full-arch (All-on-X) implant treatment—within a high-volume, well-supported clinical environment.
This is a startup location with strong growth potential. All-on-X experience is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate is excited to start by practicing a full clinical scope—general dentistry, oral surgery, and implants—and grow into a lead implant-focused role as the practice expands.
The Opportunity
You will practice in a beautiful, brand-new, state-of-the-art 10-chair facility, designed to support efficiency, clinical excellence, and long-term growth.
Initially, you will:
- Handle bread-and-butter general dentistry
- Perform oral surgery and implant placement
- Participate in full-arch (All-on-X) implant cases
- Help establish clinical workflows and patient care standards
As the practice grows, Fusion will:
- Add associate general dentists to support routine GP care
- Allow you to focus more heavily on implants, oral surgery, and full-arch cases
- Build toward a multi-specialty model, with you serving as a core clinical leader
This role is ideal for a dentist who wants to treat the practice like their own, without ownership risk, and grow alongside the organization.
Compensation & Earning Potential
$150,000 – $400,000+ annually, based on experience, schedule, and clinical focus
- Competitive base or daily rate
- Production-based bonus structure
- Implant and full-arch growth upside
- Increasing earning potential as associates are added
- Clear path to higher earnings as clinical scope narrows into implants and full-arch
Your earning potential scales with your clinical impact, productivity, and continued growth.
