Are you a skilled and experienced dentist looking for more than just a job? Do you thrive in an environment where patient care is holistic, team collaboration is valued, and professional growth is actively nurtured? If so, we invite you to become part of our forward-thinking dental team!

Why Join Us?
At Snoqualmie Falls Dental, we go beyond traditional dentistry. We believe that emotional awareness, team connection, and comprehensive treatment planning create the best outcomes for both patients and clinicians. Here’s what sets us apart:

Emotionally Aware, Supportive Culture: We cultivate an environment where both team members and patients feel seen, heard, and valued. We believe that genuine human connection is essential for a fulfilling career in dentistry.

Holistic & Comprehensive Treatment Approach: Our practice focuses on whole-body health, incorporating preventative and integrative dentistry to help patients achieve optimal long-term wellness.

A Team That Supports You: We have an experienced owner that has gone through the entire Frank Spear training, providing opportunities to expand your clinical skill set and co-manage complex cases including implant placement, Botox for esthetics and TMD, clear aligner orthodontics, full mouth reconstruction, comprehensive inflammation reduction for longevity and more.

Hands-On Mentorship & Growth: Our owner hosts monthly in-person coaching meetings to provide direct support, mentorship, and leadership development.

CE & Professional Support: We invest in your future by covering the cost of continuing education courses, licensing fees, and more—so you can focus on growing in the areas you’re most passionate about.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and surgical treatments.
  • Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Open Dental software and a fully digital office.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience and high-quality care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Experience

  • A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is necessary as you'll be the sole dentist on some days, working without the owner present. Comfortability with surgical extractions and molar endo is greatly preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to primarily connect with patients on non-dental topics first, then transition into an expert collaborator on helping them choose the best options for their oral and whole body health goals.
