General Dentist
who can independently perform all general dental procedures with precision and confidence.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical judgment, aesthetic sense, and patient communication skills, along with a
strong desire to learn advanced digital dentistry

3D printing, intraoral scanning, and aligner workflows

Key Clinical Responsibilities
Restorative Dentistry

Tooth-colored composite fillings, GIC restorations, and core build-ups

Aesthetic restorations and cosmetic contouring

Diastema closure and composite bonding
Endodontics
-
Single-visit and multi-visit Root Canal Treatments (RCTs)
-
Post and core restorations
-
Re-RCTs and management of failed cases
Prosthodontics
-
Crown cutting, tooth preparation, and temporization
-
PFM, Zirconia, and E-max crowns and bridges
-
Removable and complete dentures, cast partials
-
Implant prosthesis assistance
Pedodontics (Children’s Dentistry)

Child management and behavior guidance
-
Fluoride application, pit and fissure sealants
-
Pulpotomy, pulpectomy, and space maintainers
Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dentistry

Teeth whitening / bleaching

Smile design and veneers

Composite bonding and esthetic corrections

Tooth jewelry application
Oral Surgery

Simple and surgical extractions

Impacted tooth removal (assisted)

Incision and drainage of abscesses

Suturing and wound management
Periodontics

Scaling and polishing (manual and ultrasonic)

Periodontal maintenance and oral hygiene education
Orthodontics

Ortho case assistance and maintenance

Bracket bonding, wire changes, elastics, and retainer checks

Aligner follow-ups
Prostho-Ortho Integration

Manage full mouth rehabilitation in coordination with specialists

Occlusal corrections, bite adjustments, and TMD assessments
Emergency Dental Care

Management of dental pain, trauma, and fractured teeth

Temporary restorations and emergency RCT openings
Non-Clinical Responsibilities
-
Prepare and explain treatment plans clearly to patients

Maintain proper clinical documentation and digital records
-
Follow infection control protocols and sterilization standards
-
Manage chairside assistants and dental materials inventory
-
Participate in case discussions, training sessions, and clinical meetings
-
Uphold professional ethics, punctuality, and patient empathy
Qualifications & Experience
-
BDS / MDS from a recognized university
-
Registered with the
Dental Council of India (DCI)

Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience
preferred (motivated freshers may apply)
