General Foreman

• Supervise daily crusher plant operations (feeding, crushing, screening, conveying).
• Ensure production targets and quality specifications for aggregates are met.
• Monitor material flow from raw material (ROM) to finished product stockpiles.
• Allocate tasks and manage operators and labour crews.
• Conduct routine inspections of crushers, screens, conveyors, and heavy equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
• Reduce plant downtime through proactive problem-solving and planning.
• Enforce all HSE rules, ensure correct PPE usage, and maintain safe work practices.
• Carry out toolbox talks, risk assessments, and ensure safe work procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping across plant operating areas.
• Monitor equipment performance and report breakdowns immediately.
• Maintain daily and weekly production reports, maintenance logs, and manpower records.
• Communicate operational issues to Production Manager.
• Train and mentor staff on safe and efficient operation of plant equipment.
• Ensure compliance with UAE environmental and safety standards.
• Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in block factory or ready-mix plant or Crusher.
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Senior Operator in a block factory or ready-mix plant or Crusher
