General Foreman

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Lead, manage, and control foremen, supervisors, and workforce across civil, finishing, and MEP interface works.
• Ensure construction works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule.
• Plan daily and weekly work activities and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship quality, and compliance with project timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Project Managers to resolve site issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, safety regulations, and site safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe working practices are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works.
• Identify construction issues, delays, or risks and report proactively to site management.
• Maintain proper site records including daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates.
• Support inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years with background on high rise projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
