General Foreman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to supervise and coordinate site activities across multiple trades, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and workforce
• Coordinate between different trades (civil, MEP, finishing, etc.)
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications
• Monitor site progress and report to Site Engineer / Project Manager
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower and materials
• Maintain site discipline and safety standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers at site
• Ensure timely completion of assigned activities
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Maintain daily work records and progress reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–8 years experience in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil works, structural works, and finishing activities
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
• Immediate joiners preferred
