General Foreman

The General Foreman is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, managing multiple teams, and ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. The role requires strong experience in both villa and high-rise building construction in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities and foremen
• Plan daily/weekly work schedules and manpower allocation
• Ensure work complies with drawings, quality, and safety standards
• Monitor progress and meet project deadlines
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Resolve site issues and report progress to management

Requirements:

• 8–12 years’ experience in UAE construction
• Strong experience in villa and high-rise projects
• Solid knowledge of civil works (structure & finishing)
• Ability to read drawings and lead multiple teams
• Good communication and leadership skills
