General Foreman

Position: General Foreman – Roads & Infrastructure
Experience Required: Minimum 10+ Years
Industry: Civil Construction / Roads & Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities for roads and infrastructure projects.
• Manage site workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor site productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project management teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Inspect ongoing works and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower effectively.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline on-site.
• Report daily progress, manpower status, and site issues to management.
• Assist in achieving project milestones and maintaining construction quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of roadworks, drainage, utilities, asphalt, paving, and infrastructure activities.
• Proven experience managing large site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and site instructions.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of construction safety practices and quality standards.
