General Foreman

Experienced General Foreman with strong background in UAE construction projects, including luxury villas, residential towers, commercial high-rise buildings, and mixed-use developments. Responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating manpower and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects as per schedule and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Manage foremen, chargehands, skilled workers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure execution of works according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor progress of structural, architectural, and finishing works for villas and high-rise projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, QA/QC, and safety departments.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE regulations and UAE safety standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical coordination problems.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Review work permits and ensure compliance with municipality and consultant requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and work quality.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site status.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and material handling on site.
• Support project completion, snagging, and handover activities.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 8–15 years of construction experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in:
• Luxury Villas
• High-Rise Residential Towers
• Commercial Buildings
• Structural & Finishing Works
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and local authority regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and method statements.
• Good leadership and manpower management skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and site coordination procedures.
