General Foreman – Bridge & Infrastructure Projects

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of site crews and subcontractors.
• Oversee bridge construction operations including formwork, rebar, concrete works, pile foundations, structural works, and related civil tasks.
• Ensure all activities follow project drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce strict compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and permit-to-work systems.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and hazard assessments.
• Maintain a safe and well-organized work environment at all times.

Planning & Coordination

• Develop daily work plans and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Surveyors, and Project Managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions immediately.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect completed work to ensure high quality and adherence to approved drawings.
• Report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily work records and progress reports.
